Construction of screw dispensing valve:
The basic construction of the mono dispensing valve is a rotary positive displacement single-axis eccentric screw pump. Its core part is the externally threaded “rotor” and the internally threaded “stator”, and an independent continuous sealing space called “sealing cavity” is formed in the gap between the stator and rotor.
The working principle is that the rotor rotates in the stator, creating a strong attraction to suck in a highly viscous liquid, and continuously creating a new sealing cavity that moves the liquid towards the discharge side. The liquid drawn into the sealed chamber will continue to move forward in the sealed space.
The cross-sectional area of the cavity is fixed at any moment regardless of the position of the rotor, and the amount of discharge is also maintained, so the amount of discharge per unit time is proportional to the speed of rotor rotation.
The cross-sectional area of the cavity formed by the rotor and stator is always constant at any cross-section perpendicular to the shaft, enabling pulsation-free metering conveyance.
